Order Processing Time: Decal orders will usually be processed and shipped within 5 business days after the order is placed, while apparel orders will be shipped within 7-19 business days. Please note that these timeframes are estimates and may vary depending on stock availability and order loads.

Estimated Shipping Time: The actual shipping time will depend on the shipping destination and the shipping method chosen. While we strive to provide accurate estimates, customers are encouraged to contact us via email at for a more precise estimate of the shipping time.

Shipping Notifications: Once your order has been shipped, we will send you a confirmation email with tracking information to help you track the progress of your shipment. All orders have tracking available. If you have misplaced your tracking email or just want the tracking number re-sent, feel free to reach out to us!

Shipping Methods and Carriers: We utilize reliable shipping carriers to deliver our orders. The specific shipping method and carrier will depend on various factors such as the destination, package size, and weight. Most often, we ship via USPS as it is often the cheapest option for our customers.

International Shipping: We offer international shipping to select countries. However, please note that additional customs duties, taxes, and fees may be applicable upon arrival in the destination country. International customers, please be aware that all import taxes or fees associated with your order are the sole responsibility of the customer. Canine Aesthete is not responsible for any import taxes, duties, or fees incurred upon delivery. These charges, if any, are determined and collected by your local customs office.

Address Accuracy: It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided during checkout is accurate and complete. We will not be held responsible for any delays or non-delivery resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

Order Changes and Cancellations: If you need to make any changes to your order or wish to cancel it, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be changed or canceled. Cancellations must be made within 3 hours of ordering.

Lost or Damaged Packages: While we take all necessary precautions to ensure that orders are packaged securely, we cannot be held responsible for any lost or damaged packages during transit. In such cases, we recommend contacting the respective shipping carrier to file a claim.
